By using Codevern websites, Spren (Billing & Inventory Management), Floxy, Renix, Cemail or Crix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Spren provides one dashboard for business and retail operations: Inventory, Orders, Customers, Audits and Reports, AI Analytics — including Stock Manager, batch / HSN / expiry tracking, GST-ready reports and AI Analytics Report.

3. Plans and Pricing

• Basic — ₹2,000/shop: Single Shop + Cloud Storage
• Advanced — ₹4,000/shop: Single Shop + Online and Offline Storage
• Alerts — ₹2,000/month: business notifications and reminders
• WhatsApp Marketing — variable pricing by connected users
• Customization — starting from ₹3,00,000

4. User Conduct

• No spam, IP violations, or unauthorized access
• No reverse-engineering of SaaS platforms
• No false GST, batch, HSN or compliance data

5. Intellectual Property

Codevern, Floxy, Spren, Renix, Cemail and Crix branding, code and architecture belong to Codevern. Use grants no ownership.

6. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for inventory, order, customer and GST data accuracy. GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, CGST/SGST and audit exports (PDF, Excel, CSV) assist compliance but are not tax or legal advice.

7. Disclaimer

Services are provided as is. AI Analytics Report provides informational business analytics and operational forecasts.
