1. Information We Collect

When you use Codevern websites, contact business@codevern.com, or use Spren (Billing & Inventory Management), Floxy, Renix, Cemail and Crix, we may collect contact details (name, email, phone, address), business profile and billing data, product data you enter in Spren (inventory with batch number, HSN code, manufacturing and expiry dates, quantity and price, orders, customers, audits and reports), plus technical data (IP, device, cookies).

2. How We Use It

• Spren demos, onboarding and support
• Stock Manager dashboard, batch inventory, GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B and CGST/SGST reporting, valuation, low-stock alerts, orders, customers and AI Analytics Report
• Security, optimization and troubleshooting
• Service updates with subscription controls

3. Plans, Billing and Service Data

Basic ₹2,000/shop (Single Shop + Cloud Storage). Advanced ₹4,000/shop (Single Shop + Online and Offline Storage). Alerts ₹2,000/month. WhatsApp Marketing variable pricing. Customization starting from ₹3,00,000. Billing data is used only to provision and support your plan.

4. Sharing

We never sell your data. Sharing is limited to trusted sub-processors needed to operate consulting and SaaS work. Your Spren GST, inventory and customer data remains yours.

5. Security

Physical, administrative and technical safeguards, including role-based staff access in Spren Settings.

6. Retention and Rights

Kept only for service, GST/audit compliance or legal duties. Request access, correction, export (PDF, Excel, CSV) or deletion at business@codevern.com.

Updates will be posted here with a new revision date.
